Thirty years shipping production systems. The operator who diagnoses the problem, then builds the fix.

Finds the operational or software problem that is costing a business the most, decides what should change, and carries it through architecture, build, and deployment. The same person diagnoses and delivers.

AI opportunity assessment for senior-care management

    AutomationOperationsDecision Systems
    Problem
A senior-care management and consulting firm serving skilled nursing, rehab, and assisted-living operators wanted to know where AI would actually pay — not a generic chatbot.
    What we did
Mapped the business and operating model, then built an AI opportunity map and roadmap: operational intelligence for the central team and facility leaders, referral and census growth, meeting-to-action automation, compliance readiness.
    Result
A prioritised first build, scoped to the levers that move census, survey outcomes, and agency staffing cost.

    Technology

An AI & Automation Opportunity Audit for a senior-care management firm. The output is not a deck: it is an operating-model map, an opportunity map ranked by economic impact, and a first-build roadmap centred on operational intelligence, referral/census growth, meeting-to-action automation, and compliance readiness.
